Heroes of Revolution Square

Heroes' Square is located on Krasny Prospekt in Novosibirsk. It features a brotherly grave with an open memorial monument since 1922 where victims of the Civil War buried on January 22, 1920 rest. In 1958, along the alleyway, marble busts of revolutionaries were installed. In 1960, a monumental memory panel commemorating fighters for Soviet power in Siberia was unveiled, designed by Alexander Chernobrovtsov with other artists involved. Since 1974, the square has been recognized as a republic-level historical landmark.
