Vladimir Vysotsky Monument

In Novosibirsk, on Chaplygin Street, there is a monument to Vladimir Vysotsky. Nearby is the Globe Theater, previously known as the Youth Theatre. In 2006, an alley of bards was opened near the monument. The sculpture was created by Alexander Taratynov and symbolizes the poet's farewell to his audience. The idea of installing the monument was supported by Nikita Vysotsky.
