Novosibirsk State Museum of Art

Novosibirsk State Art Museum is located at Krasny Prospekt, 5. It was founded thanks to works from collections of Tretyakov Gallery, Russian Museum, Hermitage and GMIIm A.S. Pushkin. Over 15 thousand exhibits of Russian and Western painting, graphics, sculpture and applied art are kept in its funds. Regularly there are exhibitions of classical and contemporary art, educational events such as lectures, master classes and children's studios "Looking Glass" and "Palettes". The permanent exhibition introduces visitors to Russian and foreign art from the 16th century until the beginning of the 21st century.
