World Museum of Funerary Culture

Novosibirsk World Funeral Culture Museum is located in Voshod village on Voentorgovskaya street. This unique site is dedicated to memorial traditions of various epochs and nations. One can see collections of mourning costumes, memorial graphics, hearse models and other ritual items. The exhibition illustrates how different cultures perceived memory, mourning and farewell ceremonies. Located next to a crematorium, it is part of an individual memorial-cultural complex.
