Y. V. Kondratyuk Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics

The Y. V. Kondratyuk Museum of Cosmonautics is located in a historic 1924 building, originally constructed for the office of the "Soyuzkhleb" association, where Yuri Kondratyuk used to bring print runs of his book. After the renovation completed on January 30, 2025, the exhibition is now housed in four thematic halls, including the new "Cosmic Novosibirsk" hall. This hall features electro-vacuum devices from the "Ekran — Optical Systems" enterprise, demonstrating the contribution of modern Novosibirsk factories to the industry's development. The scientist's real name, Alexander Ignatyevich Shargey, is also part of the history, as he obtained documents under the name Yuri Kondratyuk in 1921.
