Sun Museum

The Cultural and Historical Sun Museum in Novosibirsk is located at Dusi Kovальchuk Street, 179/3. It is dedicated to the symbolism of the sun in various world cultures. Founded by Valery Ivanovich Lipenkov in 1994, the exhibition was formed in the late 1990s. The museum has over 2000 items, offers tours, workshops and weekend programs. It operates daily except Mondays from 10:00 to 18:00 on Tuesday to Friday and until 15:00 on weekends; visits are possible only upon prior booking.
