Yaroslavovo Dvorishche

Yaroslavovo Dvorishche is situated on the right bank of Volkhov opposite to Novgorod Kremlin. There are seven churches including the oldest stone cathedral in Russia - Nikolsky Cathedral built in 1113. Also on the site there are exhibition halls housed in former People's School. Among notable structures stands out Church of George on Torg in the southern part of the complex. Yaroslavovo Dvorishche and Ancient Torg form part of historical attractions of Trade Side of Great Novgorod.
