V.I. Povetkin Centre for Ancient Music

V.I. Povetkin's Center for Ancient Music is located on Ilinya Street in Veliky Novgorod. It is dedicated to studying the musical culture of ancient russia and houses a collection of ancient instruments. Research and reconstruction of old musical devices based on archaeological finds from novgorod soil are conducted here. Exhibitions include reconstructions of ancient musical instruments.
