Troitsky Excavation

Troitsky Excavation Site is located on Troitskaya Street in Veliky Novgorod and named after nearby Church of Holy Trinity. Archaeological studies of medieval Novgorod have been conducted here since 1973. Over 400 birch bark letters were found, as well as an examination of the ancient city's cultural layer. During summer, there is an exhibition called "Theater of Time".
