Novgorod State United Museum-Reserve (Building of Courts)

The museum-reserve is located in the historical building of the XVIII-century Courthouse within the territory of Veliky Novgorod Kremlin. Founded in 1865, it features a main exhibition dedicated to the history of Novgorod and Novgorod land, as well as a collection of Russian icons from the XI-XIX centuries. The collection of genuine birch bark letters and fragments of ancient wooden pavements attracts special attention. Visitors can familiarize themselves with the museum through a virtual tour.
