Kremlin Park

Kremlinsky Park is situated next to Novgorod Kremlin and semi-circles around its defensive ditch. It is an historical-park area covering 25 hectares on Sofiyskaya side of the city. There is a monument to Sergey Rakhmaninov and a fountain called "Sadko". Previously known as Summer Garden, it now bears its current name acquired after the war. Within the park ruins of eight destroyed churches were discovered.
