Kremlin Park

Kremlensky Park located in the heart of Veliky Novgorod used to be called Summer Garden. Now it is a park-historical area of 25 hectares, semi-circled around Novgorod Kremlin and connected with ancient defensive ditch. The park preserves ruins of eight churches from different epochs. Amusement parks, Chess Cottage, summer stage and fountain "Sadko" attract visitors. After destruction during occupation, the park was restored by city residents and operates daily from 11:00 to 19:00.
