Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts

The State Tretyakov Museum of Fine Arts named after A.S. Pushkin is situated on Volkhonka Street in Moscow. Established in 1912 under the title Museum of Fine Arts. The building was constructed in 1904 by architect Roman Klein. The collection includes works of foreign art, ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman antiquities, impressionist, post-impressionist and avant-garde pieces. The fund comprises over 700,000 exhibits. Reconstruction is underway with involvement of engineers Ivan Rerberg and Vladimir Shukhov.
