Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God Church

The Church of Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God is situated in the northwest part of the cathedral square of the Holy Trinity-Sergius Lavra. It is part of the protected architectural ensemble and connected to the historical cathedral center of the monastery. The temple is dedicated to the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God Odigitria and is one of the official churches of the lavra.
