Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist Trinity-Sergius Lavra

The Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist is one of the gatehouse churches of Trinity-Sergius Lavra and is situated at the entrance to the monastery. It is part of the protected architectural ensemble of the lavra, which is a world heritage site. The church was built between 1693 and 1699.
