Carpenter's Tower Troitse-Sergiyev Monastery

Platnycha Tower - part of the fortress ensemble of Troitse-Sergiev Monastery located in its northern wall. It belongs to the complex of protective structures of the monastery and is linked to its historical defensive system. The tower's name derives from its association with the monastic carpentry service. The object is included in the protected architectural ensemble of the Lavra.
