Lipgart Estate

The Lipgart Estate in Kolomna is a cultural heritage site of regional significance, occupying a plot of 2.3 hectares. The main building of the estate is one of the few examples of Art Nouveau architecture in the city and has a corridor layout with isolated rooms of complex shape. In the 21st century, the two-story brick house was abandoned, partially destroyed, and fell into disrepair, but a garden with valuable species of trees and shrubs has been preserved. It is planned to restore the building, outbuildings, and place a museum in part of the premises.
