The Triumphal Arch of the memorial complex " Курской Bend " in Kursk was solemnly opened in 2000. At the base of the structure are sculptures of soldiers from various historical periods. The arch is crowned by a statue of St. George the Victorious. This is the central attraction of the complex, symbolizing victory in the Battle of Kursk and becoming one of the symbols of the modern city.
