Trade Rows

Kostroma Trade Rows, also known as Gostiny Dvor, represent the largest preserved trading complex of the late 18th century in Russia. They include Krasnye, Mukhnye and Khlebnye rows forming a transition from Susansky Square to Volga descent. Inside Krasnye rows there is Spasa v Ryadakh church. The complex retains its trading function up to present day and is a monument of town planning and architecture. Rybnyye rows are below the main buildings along Molochnaya hill.
