Susanska Square

Central square of Kostroma, Susanninskaya Square, stands out with an architectural dominator - fire watchtower and former guardhouse building. It connects to the complex of Red Trading Rows and is situated near the beginning of the city's main street leading towards Volga along Milk Hill. Locals informally call it "Skorodka". Layout of the area around the square resembles an opened fan shape.
