Беседка Островского

Ostrovskiy's Pavilion is situated in Kostroma City Central Park on a high Volga bank near an ancient kremlin rampart. Named after playwright Alexander Nikolayevich Ostrovsky, it became famous due to the film "Cruel Romance". From the pavilion there is a picturesque view of the Volga river and the opposite shore. This place is an important scenic point of historical center of Kostroma and included in walking tours along the river. To the pavilion lead two two-marshall stairs from the promenade.
