Pre-war Villas of Tkachenko and Baltiyskaya Streets

Pre-war villas on Tkachenko and Baltiyskaya Streets in Zelenogradsk are two-story buildings with attics and balconies under tiled or gable roofs, built in Kranz in the late 19th – early 20th centuries. On the facade of the "Sleeping Beauty" villa (7 Tkachenko Street), a German inscription has been preserved, although by 2019 the balcony had been lost, and the building itself was in an emergency condition. On the western facade of the Jewish Community House (13 Tkachenko Street), images of two six-pointed stars have been preserved between the windows. On Baltiyskaya Street, 6, the verandas on the second floor are made in a half-timbered style, and authentic tiles lie on the floor of the stairwell.
