Pre-War Houses on Volodarskogo Street

On Volodarsky Street in Zelenogradsk there are preserved pre-war houses of the former Cranz. The two-story building No. 10, built in the late 19th - early 20th century on Dambad Strasse, is distinguished by facades with cornices, friezes, window pediments, and modillions. The corner building at the intersection with Kurortny Prospekt, 8 / Volodarsky, 1, constructed of burnt brick with a mansard and a gabled tile roof, is a cultural heritage site of local significance. Building No. 18 is a two-story structure with a mansard and wooden verandas, located under a gabled roof.
