BOSSE Boarding House

The Bosse Boarding House is a two-story building with an attic and two symmetrical wooden verandas, built in Zelenogradsk in the late 19th – early 20th century. In 2017, it was declared unsafe and included in the demolition list, but the house was saved thanks to the active position of the townspeople. In the summer of 2021, the Kaliningrad Region Capital Repair Fund began the restoration of the building, during which the facade, verandas, roof were updated, and the carved aprons of the pediments were partially restored. The upper part of the eastern facade is decorated with two identical rosettes with bas-reliefs on a musical theme.
