Oktyabrskaya Street

On Oktyabrskaya Street in Zelenogradsk stands Villa Bismarck, built in the early 20th century at the address Kantsler-strasse, 7. The Pastor's House at Oktyabrskaya Street, 6 is a one-story rectangular building on a basement with an attic under a double-pitched tiled roof, adorned with window openings with segmental lintels and cornices with consoles. On the wall of the transformer substation there is a graffiti with cats, painted by Kaliningrad artist Kirill Geints at the end of April - beginning of May 2022. Northwest of the intersection with Kurortny Lane, the "Wheel of Time" fountain is installed, symbolizing the continuity of the flow of time and history.
