Hospital Building 1904

Zelenogradsk, Lermontova St, 3-4

The hospital building in Zelenogradsk was built in 1904 in Cranz from solid red ceramic brick and is designed in the Neo-Gothic style. Its architectural appearance includes two floors on a high basement, a mansard, and a risalit on the southern facade, while the roof is covered with red ceramic tiles of complex shape. The facades are plastered up to the middle of the first-floor windows, and at the level of the mansard and attic, half-timbered structures are installed. Since the post-war years, the former hospital building has been used as a residential house, and in 2022–2023 its facades and roof were renovated.
