National Museum of Kabardino-Balkar Republic

The National Museum of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic is located in Nalchik on Gorky Street, 62. Here there is a memorial apartment of Ali Shogentsukov with a reconstructed writer's office. The museum houses archaeological, historical and ethnographic exhibits from the region, including a collection of manuscripts and books by Shogentsukov. The museum was founded in 1921.
