Government House of Kabardino-Balkar Republic

The building of Government House is situated on Unity Square in Nalchik. It is connected to the history of the Council of Republics of Kabardino-Balkaria and survived the 1942 fire during German occupation, remaining intact until today. The complex highlights the status of Nalchik as the capital city and serves as an official residence for government bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria. The architectural ensemble forms a solemn appearance of the central part of the city.
