House Where Soviet Power Was Proclaimed in 1918

The building is situated at Inessa Armand Street, 3 in Nalchik city. It is a cultural heritage site of federal significance, included in the state-protected list under the decree of RSFSR Council of Ministers from 1974. Here, in March 1918, Soviet power was proclaimed, and later, in 1921, a decision was made to establish the Kabardinian Autonomous Region.
