Lenin Square

Lenin Square in Makhachkala — the main city square located in the Soviet district. In its center stands a monument to Vladimir Illych Lenin. There is also the building of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan. Previously, it was named after Stalin. It serves as an important space reflecting Soviet architecture and city planning.
