Ivanova Square

Ivanov Square is located in the historical part of Cheboksary on the Volga River embankment. There is a monument to poet Konstantin Ivanov, whose name the square bears since 1952. In 2019, another monument was added to the square — Ivan the Terrible, who played an important role in shaping the city of Cheboksary. This place is part of a sustainable urban route that helps better understand local history and culture.
