Покровско-Татианинский собор

The Pokrovsko-Tatianskiy Cathedral in Cheboksary is an active church of the Cheboksary Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church. It was consecrated on September 17, 2006 after construction from 2001 to 2006. Inside the cathedral there are two churches: the upper one dedicated to the Feast of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin Mary, the lower one to Saint Martyr Tatiana. The architecture includes twelve domes, while the bell tower reaches a height of 56 meters.
