Benker and Vorob'ev Monument
Cheboksary, boulevard of Merchant Yefremov, at building 4
In Cheboksary, on Kuptsa Efremova Boulevard, there stands a monument to the heroes of the novel "Twelve Chairs" - Ostap Bender and Kisa Vorobyaninov. The sculpture was created by Vladimir Nagorny and unveiled in 2012. Between the characters is a bronze chair from Madam Petukhova's suite. On the monument there is an adapted quote specific to Cheboksary.
