The Museum of Chuvash Embroidery is located in a historical building at Karl Marx Street, 32 in Cheboksary. Opened in 2015, the museum is a branch of the Chuvash National Museum and introduces visitors to the traditions of Chuvash embroidery. Previously, the building served as a school built in the early 20th century by Austrian prisoners of war. It harmoniously fits into the urban environment, complementing cultural routes of Cheboksary.
