National Museum of Republic of Bashkortostan

The National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan is located in Ufa on Sovetskaya Street, 14. It is the largest cultural-historical museum of the Volga region with an exhibition including Burzyan bee - the symbol of the region, Salavat Yulayev's sword and rich coin collection. The museum features 35 exhibition halls showcasing archaeology, history and ethnography of Bashkortostan. It also has branches throughout the republic and contains over 140,000 items from its main collection.
