Astrakhan Drama Theatre

Astrakhan Drama Theatre traces its history back to 1810 when its first performance was held. The theater is known for performances by outstanding artists such as Ermolova, Komissarzhевская, Sobinov and Shalyapin. Today it is located at Sovetskaya Street, 28 and serves as a cultural hub of the city. Since 2022, the theater has been hosting an annual international festival called "Theatrical Delta". Its repertoire includes works of Russian and world classics alongside contemporary plays.
