Astrakhan State Philharmonic

Astrakhan State Philharmonic is located in Astrakhan on Molodoy Gvardei Street, 3. It is a leading concert organization in the south of Russia and is known for holding the International Vocal Art Festival named after Valeriya Barsova and Maria Maksakova since 1987. Inside its premises there is a concert hall named after outstanding singer Maria Maksakova, native to this city. Ensembles and soloists of the philharmonic actively collaborate with famous Russian and foreign musicians, making it one of the main musical venues in Astrakhan.
