Four-story building under a spire at Lenina Avenue, 82 in Barnaul is a regional cultural heritage site built from 1953 to 1956 by architect Yakov Nikolaevich Dodets. The height of the building with the spire reaches 46 meters. The spire crowns a fifteen-meter tower with a wrought-iron weather vane and direction indicators. It is one of the city's recognizable places located on the main city square.
