Altai State Music Theatre

Altai State Music Theatre is located in Barnaul at Komсомольsky prospect, 108. Founded in 1960 in Biysk under the name of Altai Regional Musical Comedy Theatre. Since 1991 it has had the status of a state cultural institution. The theater is known for its performances of classical operettas, musical comedies, rock-musicals and ballets. Among the first productions was the operetta "Roza vetrov". Since the 1990s, it has become popular among Barnaul residents due to its repertoire including various genres of musical art.
