Jusup Ata Mausoleum

Jusup Ata Mausoleum is located in Staroikan village, Saura district, Turkestan region. It is a historical and cultural monument of republican significance since 2019. It is believed that Jusup Ata was a contemporary and disciple of Hodja Ahmed Yasavi, and his burial site has become an important pilgrimage site for followers of Yasavi. The mausoleum is part of the museum-reserve complex "Azret Sultan". The distance to the city of Turkestan is about 25 kilometers.
