Rabi'a Sultana Begim Mausoleum

The Mausoleum of Rabia Sultan Begim is situated in the historic center of Turpan City. Linked to the histories of Timurid, Shaybanid dynasties and Kazakh steppe governance, this site serves as a female dynastic memorial adjacent to the mausoleum of Hodjai Ahmed Yassaui. Rabia Sultan Begim, daughter of Ulugh Beg and consort of Abu'l-Khayir Khan, lies within. Constructed by her sons in the fifteenth century.
