Arslan-Baba Mausoleum

Arystan-Baba Mausoleum is located near the city of Turkestan and is considered the resting place of spiritual teacher Hodja Ahmed Yasavi. The complex includes the mausoleum itself, an adjacent mosque and well-maintained courtyards. Before visiting Yasavi's mausoleum, it is traditionally customary to make a pilgrimage to Arystan-Baba. This is an important sacred site for believers and one of the key points on pilgrimage routes.
