Spassky Memorial to Victims of Political Repressions

Spassky Memorial is located near Karaganda on the site of former camp cemetery. It is dedicated to the memory of victims of political repressions and deceased prisoners of Central Kazakhstan camps. Various countries and nations memorials are installed here recalling tragic pages of regional history. The memorial is complemented by Dolinka Museum and open-air field of remembrance forming a single route through Karaganda region.
