Nurgisa-Tlendieva-Memorial-Museum

Nurgisa Tlendiev Memorial Museum is located in Almaty on Kunaeva Street, 96. It opened on May 16, 2014 in the house where the famous composer lived in his final years with his family. The current exhibition space covers 161 square meters, expanding after an update to mark its centennial in 2025. More than 3200 exhibits are displayed here, including personal belongings, musical instruments ("Dariaga-dombra", piano, grand piano), and interiors of rooms where the musician lived. Modern multimedia technologies have also been incorporated into the museum.
