Jvari Monastery

Jvari Monastery is situated on a mountain peak near the confluence of rivers Arakhi and Kura in Mtskheta, Georgia. This ancient Christian structure is an important historical monument and symbol of Georgian culture. From the monastery's observation point there is a picturesque view of surrounding landscapes.
