Nurigeli Lake

Nurigeli Lake is situated in Batumi's central park, Georgia. It is an natural water body slightly above sea level with maximum depth about 8 meters. Kefal, sazan and thick-lipped carp inhabit it. The lake is fed by underground springs and maintained by boats "Pioneers" and "Aisi", launched respectively in 1947 and 1988. This picturesque spot is popular among locals and tourists due to its location in the green Park of May 6th.
