Polotsk Regional Museum

Polotsk Regional Museum is situated in the historical part of the city on Nizhne-Pokrovskaya Street. The building is executed in neo-gothic style and represents former Lutheran church closed in 1924. Since 1948 it has been a museum within National Historical-Cultural Reserve. The main building features a two-tiered tower on its main facade. The museum's exhibition tells about the history of ancient city and its region.
