Crestovozdvizhensky Cathedral of Polotsk

Crestovozdvizhensky Cathedral in Polotsk is situated on Yevfrosiniya Polotskaya Street. It is one of the main temples of Spaso-Yevfrosininsky Monastery built from 1893 to 1897. Inside the cathedral rest the relics of Saint Yevfrosiniya Polotskaya. It is included in the official list of sacred sites of the city and continues Orthodox traditions of the monastery. Nearby there is an ancient Spaso-Preobrazhenskaya Church dating back to the 12th century.
