Vankovich House Estate Museum

The Vanjkovichi House Museum-Estate in Minsk is a one-story mansion in the classical style with a colonnade and a high hipped roof, founded at the end of the 18th century. In the first half of the 19th century, this place became a cultural center where writer Vintsent Dunin-Martsinkevich, artist Yan Damel, composer Stanislaw Moniuszko, and poet Uladzislau Syrakomlya used to visit. The museum's exposition features the historical painting by Yan Damel "Paul I Frees Tadeusz Kosciuszko," and a monument to the artist is installed at the entrance. Educational programs are organized for children, while students can purchase discounted tickets, and children under 7 enter for free, although guided tours and photography are charged separately.
