Maxim Bogdanovich Literary Museum

The Maxim Bogdanovich Literary Museum in Minsk, dedicated to the life and work of the Belarusian poet, was opened in 1991. Its collections house manuscripts, letters, photographs, the poet's personal belongings, and first editions of his works. The institution's exposition tells about the literary environment and the era of the early 20th century, and the museum itself is a scientific and cultural center for the study of Belarusian literature. The institution also hosts literary evenings, lectures, and educational programs, and a house in which Maxim Bogdanovich was born, which has not been preserved, was located nearby.
