Originally they built a wooden church of Christmas-Bogoroditsa which burned down several times and was reconstructed. The monastery houses an icon of Vladimir Mother-of-God known for its miraculous tears occurring in October 1877. Today there are churches dedicated to Sergius of Radonezh and Christmas-Bogoroditsa while previously there were guesthouses in Saint Pyotrsburg and Drogichin.
